The name Twelve Corners refers to the area in Brighton, a suburb of Rochester, NY, where three major highways (Elmwood Avenue, Monroe Avenue and Winton Road South) cross to form an intersection with twelve corners.  Twelve Corners Presbyterian Church is located on the east side of Winton Road South, between Twelve Corners and Westfall Road, just south of the Brighton High School.
